The rise comes after Sri Lanka produced an impressive 4-1 victory over Bhutan in an international friendly, earning valuable ranking points and boosting their standing on the global stage.
Prior to the latest update, Sri Lanka were ranked 191st, but the convincing win has seen them make positive progress in the rankings.
