Nepal and Oman have officially qualified for the 2026 ICC T20 World Cup after finishing first and second respectively in the Asia EAP Qualifier points table. Their consistent performances throughout the tournament secured them direct entry to cricket’s biggest T20 spectacle.
The 2026 T20 World Cup will be co-hosted by India and Sri Lanka, featuring 20 teams from across the globe. With Nepal and Oman joining the lineup, 19 teams have now confirmed their participation, leaving only one remaining spot to be decided.
According to tournament rules, the team finishing third in the Asia EAP Qualifiers will still have a chance to earn qualification through the next round.
