In reply, Virat Kohli led the chase with 49, while Rajat Patidar (27) and Jitesh Sharma (23) chipped in with useful contributions.
For Lucknow, Prince Yadav claimed 3 wickets, while Avesh Khan took 2.
RCB chased down the target with ease, reaching it with 29 balls to spare and just 5 wickets down.
With this win, RCB climb to the top of the points table. Up next, the Mumbai Indians will face the Punjab Kings in the next fixture.
