Sri Lanka has announced a 17-member squad for the upcoming T20 series against Zimbabwe, with Charith Asalanka set to lead the side. The squad includes two promising debutants — Vishen Halambage and Kamil Mishara — marking a significant inclusion for the tour.
Alongside them, the squad features senior campaigners and regulars such as Pathum Nissanka, Kusal Mendis, Kusal Janith Perera, Nuwanidu Fernando, Kamindu Mendis, Dasun Shanaka, Dunith Wellalage, Chamika Karunaratne, Maheesh Theekshana, Dushan Hemantha, Dushmantha Chameera, Binura Fernando, Nuwan Thushara, and Matheesa Pathirana.
The Zimbabwe tour begins tomorrow with the first ODI, while the T20 series is scheduled to kick off on September 3.
