Batting first, West Indies posted 165 runs for 3 wickets in their 20 overs. Shai Hope remained unbeaten on 46, while Rovman Powell contributed 44 not out. For Bangladesh, Taskin Ahmed took 2 wickets, and Rishad Hossain claimed 1 wicket.
In reply, Bangladesh were bowled out for 149 runs, despite efforts from Tanzim Hasan Sakib (33) and Towhid Hridoy (28).
For the West Indies, Jayden Seales and Jason Holder picked up 3 wickets each, while Akeal Hosein claimed 2 wickets.
