Chasing 112 for victory, Pakistan made light work of the target, reaching 112 for 4 in just 11.3 overs to secure a convincing six-wicket victory.
Abdul Samad remained unbeaten on 30 as Pakistan sealed their place in the gold-medal match.
The second semi-final will see Sri Lanka take on India, with the winner advancing to face Pakistan in the final.
