Dambulla emerged champions of the 2026 National Super League Four-Day Cricket Tournament under the captaincy of Dhananjaya de Silva.

They secured the title after defeating the Colombo team, led by Charith Asalanka, by 119 runs in the final played at the R. Premadasa Stadium in Colombo.

Batting first, Dambulla declared their first innings at 222/9.

In reply, Colombo were bowled out for just 146 runs, giving Dambulla a valuable first-innings lead.

Dambulla then added another 222 runs in their second innings after being bowled out, setting Colombo a target of 299 runs for victory.

However, Colombo failed to chase down the target and were dismissed for 179, handing Dambulla a convincing 119-run victory and the championship title.
