Sri Lanka’s women’s baseball team recorded their second consecutive victory at the Asian Baseball Championship qualifiers, this time defeating Malaysia.
The tournament is currently taking place in Bangkok, Thailand. At the end of the scheduled innings, Malaysia had managed to score only 5 runs.
Showcasing a brilliant display of skill and teamwork, the Sri Lankan women racked up 16 runs during the match.
The team was captained by Niluka Priyadarshani, a player from the Sri Lanka Army.
