Sri Lanka women’s national rugby sevens team secured the women’s championship at the Central and South Asian (CASA 7s) Rugby Tournament after a commanding 27-0 victory over Kazakhstan women’s national rugby sevens team in the final.
Sri Lanka produced a dominant all-round display to seal the title without conceding a single point in the championship match.
The Central and South Asian Rugby Sevens Tournament was held in Uzbekistan.
