India and New Zealand Secure Semi-Final Spots in Champions Trophy

New Zealand dominates Bangladesh to seal a spot in the final four.

India and New Zealand have secured their places in the semi-finals of the Champions Trophy following impressive performances.

In yesterday’s match, New Zealand defeated Bangladesh by 5 wickets in Rawalpindi, further strengthening their position in the tournament.

Batting first, Bangladesh managed to score 236/9 in 50 overs, with Najmul Hossain scoring 77 and Jaker Ali contributing 45. Mitchell Bracewell was the pick of the bowlers, claiming 4 wickets.

Chasing 237, New Zealand reached the target in 46.1 overs, losing 5 wickets in the process. Rachin Ravindra starred with a brilliant 112, while Tom Latham supported with 55 runs, sealing a comfortable victory.
