New Zealand Sweep ODI Series 3–0 Against England

New Zealand completed a clean sweep in the three-match ODI series against England, claiming a thrilling two-wicket victory in the third and final game.

Batting first, England were bowled out for just 222 runs in the 41st over. Jamie Overton top-scored with 68 runs, while Jos Buttler made 38 and Brydon Carse contributed 36.

For New Zealand, Blair Tickner was outstanding with the ball, taking 4 wickets, while Jacob Duffy picked up 3 scalps.

In reply, the Kiwis chased down the target in the 45th over, finishing at 224 for 8. Rachin Ravindra scored 46, and Daryl Mitchell added a valuable 44 runs to steer their side home.

England’s Jamie Overton and Sam Curran shared two wickets each.

With this win, New Zealand sealed the series 3–0, showcasing dominance in both batting and bowling throughout the tour.

Blair Tickner was named Player of the Match, while Daryl Mitchell claimed the title of Player of the Series for his consistent performances.
