Pakistan secured their second consecutive T20 victory against Australia by defeating the visitors by a massive 90 runs in the second match of the series yesterday. The match was played in Lahore.

After winning the toss, Pakistan chose to bat first and posted a strong total of 198/5 at the end of their 20 overs.

Captain Salman Agha led from the front with a superb 76 runs, while Usman Khan added a valuable 53 to power the innings.

For Australia, Xavier Bartlett, Matthew Kuhnemann, Cooper Connolly, Sean Abbott, and Adam Zampa picked up one wicket each.

In reply, the Australian batting lineup collapsed, with the entire team bowled out for just 108 runs. Cameron Green top-scored with 35, while Matthew Short contributed 27.

Pakistan’s bowlers dominated, with Abrar Ahmed and Shadab Khan claiming three wickets each, while Usman Tariq chipped in with two wickets.

With this victory, Pakistan have now taken an unassailable 2–0 lead in the T20 series, winning it with one match still to play.

Salman Ali Agha was named Player of the Match. The third and final match of the series is scheduled to be played today in Lahore.
