Pakistan Open Tri- Series With Confident Win Over Zimbabwe

Pakistan kicked off the Tri-Nation T20 Series in style, defeating Zimbabwe by 5 wickets in the tournament opener held at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium.

Batting first, Zimbabwe posted 147/8 in their 20 overs.

Brian Bennett top-scored with 49, while skipper Sikandar Raza contributed an unbeaten 34.

For Pakistan, Mohammad Nawaz impressed with 2 wickets.

Chasing 148, Pakistan reached their target in 19.2 overs, finishing on 151/5.

Fakhar Zaman led the charge with 44, while Usman Khan remained unbeaten on 37 and Mohammad Nawaz added a valuable 21 not out* to seal the win.
