Pathum Nissanka and Chamari Athapaththu emerged as the biggest winners at the Sri Lanka Cricket Awards, taking home the prestigious Men’s and Women’s Cricketer of the Year honours.
The awards ceremony celebrated the outstanding performances of Sri Lankan cricketers in domestic, national, and international cricket during the 2025 season. The event was held on Thursday evening in the presence of Sports Minister Sunil Kumara Gamage, Sri Lanka Cricket Transformation Committee Chairman Eran Wickramaratne, and several distinguished guests.
A total of 42 players were recognised for their achievements across all formats of the game.
