Sweden’s Armand Duplantis has once again broken the pole vault world record.
This marks the 12th time he has set a new world record in the event.
Duplantis achieved the record yesterday at the Stockholm Diamond League athletics championship, clearing a height of 6.28 meters.
His previous world record stood at 6.27 meters, also set by him in February this year.
Now 25 years old, Duplantis first broke the pole vault world record in 2020, when he cleared 6.17 meters.
