Lahiru Udara has been called up to Sri Lanka’s squad for the upcoming ODI tri-series, replacing Pathum Nissanka, who is yet to receive medical clearance following an injury.
In a statement issued today, Sri Lanka Cricket said Nissanka, who sustained the injury during Sri Lanka’s recently concluded tour of England, has not yet received medical clearance confirming his full recovery.
As a result, Udara has been named as his replacement in the squad.
The ODI tri-series, featuring Sri Lanka, England and Pakistan, is scheduled to begin on the 18th in Rawalpindi, Pakistan.
