The 2025 ICC Women’s ODI Cricket World Cup is set to be hosted by Sri Lanka and India, as officially announced by the International Cricket Council (ICC) today.
The tournament will run from September 30 to November 2, with matches played across five venues in the two host nations.
In India, matches will be held in Bengaluru, Guwahati, Indore, and Visakhapatnam, while Sri Lanka will host games at the iconic R. Premadasa Stadium in Colombo.
The opening match of the tournament is scheduled for September 30 in Bengaluru. The first semi-final is expected to be held either in Colombo or Guwahati, while the second semi-final will take place in Bengaluru. The final match is set for November 2, either in Colombo or Guwahati.
The tournament will feature eight participating teams, promising an exciting showcase of the best talent in women’s cricket.
