The Asian Emerging Women’s Cricket Tournament, which was scheduled to begin on June 6 in Sri Lanka, has been postponed due to adverse weather conditions.
According to a statement on the Asian Cricket Council’s (ACC) official website, the decision to postpone was made following a written request by Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) President Shammi Silva, citing concerns over unfavorable weather.
The ACC further stated that a revised schedule for the tournament will be announced in due course.
