In an electrifying night clash of IPL 2025 held in Mullanpur, Rajasthan Royals outclassed Punjab Kings with a massive 50-run win.

After Punjab Kings won the toss and opted to bowl first, Rajasthan Royals posted an imposing total of 205/4 in their 20 overs. Yashasvi Jaiswal was the standout performer with a fluent 67, while Riyan Parag added a valuable 43 runs to strengthen the innings.

In Punjab’s bowling attack, Lockie Ferguson was the pick, claiming 2 wickets.

Chasing 206 for victory, Punjab Kings faltered, managing only 155/9 in their allotted overs. Nehal Wadhera scored a fighting 62, and Glenn Maxwell chipped in with 30, but the rest of the lineup crumbled under pressure.

Jofra Archer led the Royals’ bowling charge with 3 wickets, while Maheesh Theekshana and Sandeep Sharma picked up 2 wickets each. Wanindu Hasaranga and Kumar Kartikeya contributed with a wicket apiece to complete a clinical performance.

This 50-run win further solidifies Rajasthan Royals’ position in the IPL 2025 points table, showcasing their strength in both batting and bowling departments.
