Pakistan defeated Sri Lanka by 6 wickets to win the final of the Sri Lanka–Pakistan–Zimbabwe T20 Tri-Series.
Sri Lanka, batting first, got off to a promising start, reaching 81/1 in the first 10 overs. However, a sudden batting collapse saw them lose their remaining nine wickets for just 30 runs, getting bowled out for 114.
In-form opener Kamil Mishara once again top-scored for Sri Lanka with 59 runs. For Pakistan, Mohammad Nawaz and Shaheen Shah Afridi led the bowling attack with 3 wickets each, while Abrar Ahmed claimed 2 wickets.
Pakistan chased the target with patience and composure, securing victory in the 19th over. Babar Azam remained unbeaten on 36, while Salman Ali Agha contributed 37.
Pawan Rathnayake claimed 2 wickets for Sri Lanka, including his maiden international wicket.
Mohammad Nawaz was named both Player of the Final and Player of the Series.
