Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) powered their way to the top of the points table with a clinical six-wicket victory over Delhi Capitals (DC) in a thrilling clash yesterday.

After being put in to bat first, DC managed 162 runs for 8 wickets. KL Rahul looked solid with 41 runs, while Tristan Stubbs chipped in with a handy 34.

RCB’s bowlers were right on the money — Bhuvneshwar Kumar led the attack with 3 wickets, and Josh Hazlewood backed him up with 2 scalps.

Chasing 163 for the win, RCB put on a show! Krunal Pandya smashed an unbeaten 73, anchoring the innings beautifully, while the ever-reliable Virat Kohli added a stylish 51.

Axar Patel grabbed 2 wickets, and Dushmantha Chameera picked up 1, but Delhi’s bowlers couldn’t stop the RCB juggernaut.

RCB crossed the finish line in the 19th over, sealing a massive win and grabbing 14 points to proudly sit atop the standings!
