Sri Lanka have announced their 15-member women’s squad for the T20 International series against India. Experienced all-rounder Chamari Athapaththu has been named as the captain, while Harshitha Samarawickrama will serve as the vice-captain.
The squad also includes Hasini Perera, Vishmi Gunaratne, Nilakshi de Silva, Kavisha Dilhari, Imesha Dulani, Kaushini Nuthyangana, Malsha Shehani, Inoka Ranawira, Shashini Gimhani, Nimesha Madushani, Kavya Kavindi, Rashmika Sewwandi, and Malki Madara.
The Sri Lanka women’s team is scheduled to depart the island tomorrow. The T20I series will begin on January 21 and conclude on January 30.
