Dominant Gujarat Titans Crush Rajasthan Royals by 58 Runs

In a one-sided clash held yesterday, Gujarat Titans secured a convincing 58-run victory over the Rajasthan Royals.

Batting first, the Titans posted a formidable total of 217 for 6.

The standout performer with the bat was Sai Sudharsan, who played a superb innings of 82 runs. He received solid support from Sharukh Khan and Jos Buttler, both contributing 36 runs each.

With the ball, Maheesh Theekshana and Tushar Deshpande were the pick for Rajasthan, claiming 2 wickets apiece.

In response, the Rajasthan Royals were bowled out for just 159 runs.

Shimron Hetmyer top-scored with 52 runs, and skipper Sanju Samson added 41 runs to the total.

For the Titans, Prasidh Krishna was brilliant with the ball, taking 3 wickets for just 24 runs, while Rashid Khan and Sai Kishore chipped in with 2 wickets each.

Notably, Wanindu Hasaranga did not feature in the playing XI for Rajasthan in yesterday’s game.
