Gujarat Titans bounced back in style with a 38-run win over Sunrisers Hyderabad in their IPL clash held yesterday in Ahmedabad.

Batting first, Gujarat Titans put up a formidable total of 224 for 6 in their allotted 20 overs. Leading the charge was Shubman Gill, who played a stellar knock of 76 runs, while Jos Buttler supported well with 64 runs. Sai Sudharsan chipped in with a valuable 48. With the ball, Jaydev Unadkat stood out for SRH, claiming 3 wickets.

In reply, Sunrisers Hyderabad managed 186 runs in their 20 overs. Despite a spirited 74 from Abhishek Sharma, SRH fell short of the target. The Titans’ bowling unit held their nerve, with Mohammed Siraj and Prasidh Krishna taking 2 wickets each, sealing a solid victory.

With this result, Gujarat Titans strengthened their position in the points table while Sunrisers Hyderabad will look to regroup after the setback.
