The first Twenty20 International between Sri Lanka and Pakistan will be played today, marking the start of the T20I series between the two sides.
The match is scheduled to take place at the Rangiri Dambulla International Cricket Stadium, with the first ball to be bowled at 7.00 PM.
The second T20I of the series will be played on the 9th, followed by the third and final match on the 11th, according to the tour schedule.
For this series, Sri Lanka have named an 18-member squad led by Dasun Shanaka.
A notable highlight of the selection is the return of Test captain Dhananjaya de Silva to the T20 side after several years, along with the inclusion of young debutant Traven Mathew, adding fresh energy to the squad.
