Former Bangladesh cricket captain Tamim Iqbal has been hospitalized due to a heart-related issue.
The incident occurred during a match in the Dhaka Premier League, where Tamim was leading the Mohammedan Sporting Club against the Shinepukur Cricket Club at Bangladesh’s Savar.
After winning the toss, Tamim returned to the dressing room, where he experienced chest pain. He was immediately taken to the hospital for medical attention.
Reports indicate that his condition is serious, and he remains under medical observation.
