Sri Lanka Hold Bhutan to 3–3 Draw in Men’s Futsal Opener in Thailand

Sri Lanka played out an exciting 3–3 draw against Bhutan in the men’s category of the inaugural Futsal Football Tournament, currently being held in Thailand.

Sri Lanka’s standout performer was Mohammed Akib, who scored two goals, while the remaining goal was added by Mohammed Thilham.

Meanwhile, in the women’s category, Sri Lanka also shared the spoils with Nepal, as their match ended in a 2–2 draw, marking a positive outing for the Sri Lankan side in the tournament.
