Lankan Cricket Club (Lankan CC) unveiled five newly constructed side turf wickets, built as part of Sri Lanka Cricket’s (SLC) National Pathway Program.
The facilities were officially declared open last week by Mr. Bandula Dissanayake, Honorary Secretary of Sri Lanka Cricket, who is also the Secretary of the Lankan CC.
The newly built turf wickets will provide enhanced training opportunities for cricket clubs and schools in the Battaramulla area, helping young cricketers refine their skills.
Additionally, with SLC’s support, Lankan CC is constructing a new clubhouse, further enhancing its infrastructure facilities.
Lankan CC, an affiliate club of SLC, currently competes in the Governors Trophy.
