Touring New Zealand secured a convincing seven-wicket victory over India in the second One Day International, played in Rajkot.
Batting first, the Indian team posted 284 runs for the loss of seven wickets in their allotted overs. KL Rahul starred for India, scoring a superb 112 runs, anchoring the innings.
In reply, New Zealand chased down the target comfortably, reaching the required score with only three wickets down in 47.3 overs.
The highlight of the chase was Daryl Mitchell’s unbeaten 131, a commanding knock that guided the visitors to victory and sealed a dominant performance.
