Pakistan wrapped up a dominant 3–0 series whitewash over Sri Lanka after clinching the third and final ODI by six wickets.

Batting first, Sri Lanka were bowled out for 211. Sadeera Samarawickrama top-scored with 48, while skipper Kusal Mendis added 34. Debutant Pawan Ratnayake showed promise with a well-made 32. However, Sri Lanka once again struggled to build long partnerships—a weakness that continued throughout the series.

For Pakistan, Mohammad Wasim Jr. starred with the ball, picking up three wickets. Haris Rauf and Faisal Akram supported well with two wickets each.

In reply, Pakistan chased down the target comfortably, reaching 215 in the 45th over with six wickets in hand. Mohammad Rizwan anchored the innings with an unbeaten 61, while Fakhar Zaman contributed a solid 55.

Jeffrey Vandersay was Sri Lanka’s standout bowler in the final match, claiming three wickets.

With this win, Pakistan secured the ODI series 3–0. Mohammad Wasim Jr. was named Player of the Match, while Haris Rauf was adjudged Player of the Series for his consistent performances.

Sri Lanka will now shift focus to their next assignment—the Tri-Nation T20 Series involving Pakistan and Zimbabwe, beginning on the 18th.
