Mumbai Indians delivered a crushing performance against Rajasthan Royals, securing a massive 100-run victory in their IPL 2025 clash held yesterday in Jaipur.

Invited to bat first by Rajasthan, Mumbai Indians posted a formidable total of 217 for 2. Ryan Rickelton led the charge with a fluent 61, while skipper Rohit Sharma chipped in with a solid 53. Suryakumar Yadav and Hardik Pandya remained unbeaten on 48 each, providing a blistering finish to the innings.

Rajasthan bowlers Mahesh Theekshana and Riyan Parag managed to take one wicket apiece.

In response, Rajasthan Royals crumbled under pressure, managing only 117 runs before being bowled out. Jofra Archer was the top scorer for Rajasthan with 30 runs.

Mumbai’s bowlers were on fire—Trent Boult and Karn Sharma each took 3 wickets, while Jasprit Bumrah added 2 to his name.

With this emphatic win, Mumbai Indians have surged to the top of the points table, while Rajasthan Royals’ hopes of qualifying for the next stage have taken a serious hit.

Ryan Rickelton was named Player of the Match for his impressive knock at the top of the order.
