West Indies Clinch Narrow 2-Wicket Win in Second T20 Against Pakistan

The West Indies secured a thrilling 2-wicket victory over Pakistan in the second T20 of the three-match series, leveling the series 1-1.

Batting first, Pakistan managed to score just 133 runs for the loss of 9 wickets in their allotted 20 overs. Hasan Nawaz top-scored with 40 runs, while skipper Agha Salman added 38 runs to the total.

West Indies’ bowling attack was spearheaded by Jason Holder, who delivered a match-winning performance by claiming 4 wickets for just 19 runs.

In response, the West Indies chased down the target in the final over, finishing with 135 runs for 8 wickets. Despite a few setbacks during the chase, the Caribbean side held their nerve to secure a tight win.

Jason Holder, who also contributed 16 crucial runs with the bat, was named Player of the Match for his all-round brilliance.

With this result, the series is now level at 1-1, setting up a decisive third match to determine the series winner.
